LIFE COACHING
Becoming Me - Life Coaching (College Students)
College years bring new experiences, new opportunities, independence, and a lot of change. Sometimes change coupled with daily academic responsibilities and loneliness can be stressful. Life coaching can provide the perfect opportunity to help students manage college life and put their future into perspective. This service is for adult college students only. Free - 8 Sessions/Year

Inspired By Me
​
From Me 2 U is proud to offer Inspired by Me, life coaching services for women.
Life Coaching services are offered in 3 formats:

Individual Sessions
-
Group Sessions
-
A mixed combination of individual and group sessions
Individual Sessions - Provide opportunities for women to address personal concerns and obstacles and allow them to have that one-on-one time with the coach.
Group Sessions - Help women build a sisterhood, celebrate, compliment, empower, support, and congratulate one another. Often in society, we as women compete against and tear each other down, this coaching experience allows us to feel good about ourselves by learning to support our sisters.

There is a cost for this service, which is a considerable discount in the competitive life coaching market. We offer this discount because most minority populations would consider life coaching because of the cost and inability to utilize their insurance to cover the service.

Cost: $50.00, 8 sessions

Parent-2-Parent
From Me 2 U understands how important socialization and support can be and has established a platform for parents of youth enrolled in our clubs.

Parens network and provide support to other parents.
​
Raising children, growing, and developing their minds can be one of the most rewarding experiences a parent can experience. However, at times it can be stressful and even isolating.

From Me 2 U believes in supporting the community and offers the Bibliosupport service as a community-based initiative to be led by community mentors under the organization's mission and goals and upon the availability of space.
Bibliosupport
Book clubs are excellent ways to:

Express our thoughts and feelings
eBooks allow us to store as much content as we like at our figure tips.

The club facilitator will gather content interests from all members, identity eBooks that are available for iOS, Android, and Kindle devices.
