Becoming Me is a structured career development and coaching pathway designed for college students and emerging professionals.

This program goes beyond a traditional internship, combining training, hands-on experience, leadership development, and peer coaching opportunities.

Participants are supported as they grow from learners to leaders, gaining the skills, confidence, and real-world exposure needed to succeed in their careers.

Internship Pathway

​Participants begin by learning foundational skills through:
Training and in-service learning
Program placement and support roles
Community engagement and outreach
Exposure to prevention, coaching, and counseling practices
Peer Coaching
Lead + Apply
​As participants grow, they may advance into leadership roles that include:
Providing peer coaching to college students
Facilitating group sessions and discussions
Supporting program coordination and leadership
Applying coaching, counseling, and communication skills in real-world settings.
A Pathway for Growth
Participants may enter Becoming Me as interns and progress to advanced roles as they gain experience and demonstrate readiness.
