From Me 2 U, Inc.
Empowering Youth, Families, and Aspiring Professionals
Program & Services
THE SIGNATURE SIX:
At From Me 2 U, Inc., we understand that health is shaped by far more than access to medical care. The Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) — including education, economic stability, community context, health access, neighborhood environment, and social connection — are the foundation of lifelong well-being.
Our Signature Six programs are a set of core initiatives intentionally designed to address these determinants and empower youth, families, and aspiring professionals to thrive.
