Turning Ideas Into Impact

Following the Teen Science Café sessions, STREAM Leadership Labs begin in March at Warrensville Heights High School.

These labs are hands-on leadership intensives designed to move girls from learning to leading Her Space Flyers.

What Happens in STREAM Leadership Labs?

Participants:

• Identify real community needs

• Design service-learning projects

• Strengthen communication and teamwork

• Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Reflect, evaluate, and improve their impact

This is where leadership becomes action.

Focus Areas Include:

• Leadership styles

• Conflict resolution

• Public speaking

• Project planning

• Community problem-solving

Expected Outcomes

Girls will:

✔ Grow confidence in STREAM and leadership

✔ Build teamwork and collaboration skills

✔ Increase resilience and self-awareness

✔ Design and launch youth-led mini-projects
