Why Inspired By Me Exists: Redefining Access to Life Coaching

At From Me 2 U, Inc. (FM2U), our work has always been rooted in one core belief: access should not determine opportunity. This belief extends beyond youth programming and into the lives of the women we serve.

Too often, life coaching is positioned as a luxury, something reserved for those who can afford high-ticket services. But what about the women navigating real-life challenges, transitions, and responsibilities who still deserve guidance, reflection, and support?

That’s why Inspired By Me, one of FM2U’s Signature Six programs, exists.

Inspired By Me was created to provide accessible, intentional life coaching spaces for women, spaces where growth is not gated by cost, and transformation is not limited by circumstance.

Through structured coaching circles, participants explore three core areas:

• Identity – Who I Am

• Relationships

• Being a Well Woman (Holistic Wellness)

  
  

These are not surface-level conversations. They are opportunities for women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.

At FM2U, we are not simply offering coaching, we are shifting the narrative. We are building a model where personal development is inclusive, community-centered, and rooted in real life.
