At From Me 2 U, Inc., we believe that transformation begins from the inside out. Our work is rooted in the understanding that every child, family, and professional carries unique potential. Our Programs

Our programs are designed to protect and empower the future. We support youth, families, and aspiring professionals through evidence-based practices, research, and advocacy. We bridge the gap between prevention and possibility, meeting people where they are and guiding them toward who they are becoming. Each of our Signature Six programs, from Inventing Me to Becoming Me, reflects a step in that journey. These programs help participants build resilience, identity, and purpose.
