Dear Friends and Community Partners,

At From Me 2 U, Inc., we believe that transformation begins from the inside out. Our work is rooted in the understanding that every child, family, and professional carries unique potential, and when that potential is nurtured through connection, education, and empowerment, entire communities can thrive.

We do what we do because we’ve seen what happens when people are given the tools and opportunities to discover their best selves. Whether it’s a child learning to express emotion through art, a teen gaining confidence through workforce training, or a mother and daughter rebuilding trust through shared dialogue, these moments represent the heartbeat of our mission.

Our programs are designed to protect and empower the future by supporting youth, families, and aspiring professionals through evidence-based practices, research, and advocacy. We bridge the gap between prevention and possibility, meeting people where they are and guiding them toward who they are becoming. Each of our Signature Six programs, from Inventing Me to Becoming Me, reflects a step in that journey, helping participants build resilience, identity, and purpose.

We do this work because we know the power of being seen, heard, and supported. Because when individuals are equipped with knowledge, compassion, and community, they not only change their own lives, they change the world around them.
