More Than an Internship
Becoming Me is a structured career-development and peer-coaching pathway designed for college students and emerging professionals.
This program goes beyond a traditional internship by combining training, hands-on experience, leadership development, and peer coaching opportunities. Participants are supported as they grow from learners to leaders—gaining the skills, confidence, and real-world exposure needed to succeed in their careers.

Internship Pathway (Learn + Experience)

Participants begin by building foundational skills through:​

Peer Coaching Pathway (Lead + Apply)

As participants grow, they may advance into leadership roles that include:​

Providing peer coaching to college students

Applying coaching and communication skills in real-world settings
A Pathway for Growth
Participants may enter Becoming Me as interns and progress to advanced roles as they gain experience and demonstrate readiness.
