Institutional Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our partner colleges, universities, and community organizations to design and deliver youth-focused programs.

Professional Mentorship: Receive one-on-one guidance from seasoned professionals in social services, counseling, and public health.

Credit & Stipend Options: Depending on your partner institution’s policies, earn academic credit and/or receive a stipend provided directly by your institution for your summer commitment.

Skill-Building Workshops: Participate in weekly cohort workshops on topics such as grant writing, data collection, leadership, and ethical practice.

College students pursuing degrees in social science, communication, diigatal design, public health, or related fields.

Submit Proof of Enrollment from your partner institution.

Schedule an Interview with our internship coordinator.

*Requires a Criminal Background check (BCI and FBI). Discussed during the interview process. Interns/volunteers are responsible for the cost.

Administrative Operational Opportunities
- 
Photography Curriculum Developer 
 Design and build a project-based smartphone photography curriculum for middle and high school students, integrating storytelling and social-emotional learning.
- 
Intranet Revamp Intern 
 Reorganize and optimize our Google Workspace–based intranet, improving navigation, content accessibility, and user experience.
- 
Social Media Content Creator 
 Craft engaging graphics, videos, and posts for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and more, using analytics to refine our messaging strategy.
- 
Fundraising Plan Development Intern 
 Research funding opportunities, draft a comprehensive sponsorship and grant plan, and collaborate on donor cultivation strategies.
Facilitation
- 
Youth Facilitator – Photography 
 Lead smartphone photography workshops that teach composition, lighting, and editing while mentoring students in creative self-expression.
- 
Youth Facilitator – Entrepreneurship 
 Guide teens through developing business ideas, budgeting, marketing, and customer-engagement projects that spark an entrepreneurial mindset.
- 
Youth Facilitator – Website Development 
 Teach students to design and publish simple websites using Google Sites or similar platforms, introducing basic layout and usability principles.

Youth Facilitator – Service Learning 
 Coordinate community-based service projects, from needs assessment through reflection, to foster civic engagement and leadership skills.
